Booking

  • How do I make a reservation?

    Search by location, date, time and party size on the homepage or Find a table. Pick a venue and time slot, then submit your request. The venue will confirm your table and you’ll receive a confirmation code by email or SMS.

  • Do I need to pay to book?

    No payment is required to request a reservation. Some venues may require a deposit (e.g. in Ghana). You’ll see this on the venue page before you book.

  • Can I book for a large group?

    Yes. Select your party size when searching. If you need more than the maximum shown, contact the venue directly.

Managing your reservation

  • How do I view or change my reservation?

    Go to “Your reservation” in the header and enter your confirmation code. You can request a time change from there; the venue will approve or suggest an alternative.

  • How do I cancel?

    Contact the venue using the details in your confirmation. Some venues may have a cancellation policy.

  • What if I’m running late?

    Contact the venue as soon as you can. Tables are often held for 15–30 minutes; they may release the table if you don’t show or notify them.

Discounts & offers

  • Is there a first-time discount?

    Yes. First-time bookers get 5% off at participating restaurants. Sign up or book through Resarvo to qualify.

  • How do I get the sign-up discount?

    Visit the “Sign up for discount” or business signup section. Restaurants and venues can join Resarvo and offer discounts to diners.

For businesses

  • How do I add my venue?

    Go to “For businesses” and sign up. You’ll get access to the admin panel to add your venue, set availability, and manage reservations.

  • How do deposits work?

    In the admin panel you can enable an optional deposit (e.g. in GHS). This is common in Ghana and other markets.
